Helsingborg-based roastery, Koppi follows the coffee bean all the way from the soil in which it grows to the cup from which it is sipped. Along the way they make sure to work with the best people they can find and to pay a price high enough to allow the producers to reinvest in their farms and thereby constantly reach for higher quality.
